Developer Job Boards
Nowadays, the most popular job boards (Indeed and LinkedIn) are also completely saturated.
The best way to find a job, hands down, is face-to-face networking. A warm referral is vastly more likely to succeed than any blind submission to a job posting. That said, a specialized job board can work well as the volume of jobs and applicants is often much lower.
A particular sweet spot may be a focused job posting on a specific Reddit sub, Discord server or framework forum. For example, let's say you are passionate about a specific technology stack or framework. Posting on that specific subreddit or forum could get you several highly targeted responses, whereas that job may never show up anywhere else.
